Please ensure that all garments remain unworn, unwashed, and with original designer tags intact to be eligible for a refund.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and all authenticity cards or accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at a convenient time.
